Reflections on Chuco Punk
Panel discussion
At 7:00 p.m. on April 5, El Paso Community College will hold a panel on El Chuco's punk rock history as part of its "Communities of Sound: Exploring El Chuco's Punk Rock History" series. Marina Monsisvais will facilitate this local panel of former and current punk rock musicians and promoters, including Bobbie Welch and Tony Leal, to learn about their lived experiences in this culture.
