Presentation

Sacred Words from the East and the West
Contemporary observers stand far removed from the ancient sages and prophets who articulated insights that gave birth to the world’s great religions. Yet, despite this distance in time, the modern world has been largely shaped by the sacred stories of these ancient peoples. This presentation explores the origins and history of those sacred texts that have had the greatest impact upon human culture for more than two millennia.
