"Texas in Art, Film, and Music" will take place in San Marcos on Thursday, April 25, 2024. The workshop will introduce participants to Texas artists and their work, offering insight into how Texas artists engage major themes of Texas history, culture, and identity. Workshop faculty includes Jason Mellard (Texas State University), Alison Macor (author and film historian), and Bavu Blakes (musician and educator).
