Financial Support

Working in partnership with the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH), Humanities Texas provides financial support to public or private nonprofit organizations for programs that bring humanities scholarship to general audiences.

Humanities Texas mini-grants can provide up to $1,500 of the cost associated with public programs. These small grants are particularly appropriate for the rental of traveling exhibits. Potential applicants are encouraged to contact the Humanities Texas grants program prior to submitting an application.

More information on the Humanities Texas grants program and all application materials are available online.
