Media and other resources

Woman looking at exhibitHumanities Texas makes available a large collection of documentaries and other media resources. Interested parties may rent media materials and equipment as either stand-alone items or to supplement an exhibit rental.

Fees

All media materials rent for $10 for a two-week rental, plus return postage and insurance.

Process

Orders may be placed by faxing or mailing a downloadable order form. Please call us at 512/440-1991 x126 if you have any specific questions. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation notice via email stating the details of your order. Please contact us if you need to make changes or to cancel an order, or if you do not receive a confirmation notice.

Shipment

The media resource you have scheduled will arrive via UPS or USPS at least a day in advance of your booking start date. If it does not arrive on time, please notify us immediately so we can make alternate arrangements.

Acknowledgment

Please acknowledge Humanities Texas on all publicity for your program, and provide us copies where possible. Humanities Texas logo files are available online.

Program Director's Report

At the close of your program, please submit a Program Director's Report to provide basic information about your program and its attendance and demographics. Our supporting agencies require this information.
